About this Event
Join us for this special morning in which you’ll not only learn what makes for good digestive health and hormone balance, but, more importantly, what changes you can make in your day to day life to ensure you improve the health of both your gut and your hormones.
The morning will start with a gentle yoga session to help you stretch, unwind and balance yourself (don’t worry if you have never done yoga before – you will be guided all the way).
Then we will help you :
- Create your own blueprint for healthy living – a health-plan that is unique to you and your lifestyle.
- Discover what a healthy gut really is and how you can get control of your own gut health.
- Get to know your hormones, what makes them healthy and how to keep them healthy.
- Explore mindfulness and develop your own ways to deal with stress.
