It’s your time to shine

Menopause isn’t only about hot flushes, weight gain and irritability.  In fact, it shouldn’t be about these at all !  

Join us for a morning and discover how to not only survive menopause but also enjoy it. 

We will start the day with a gentle yoga session led by Katrina.  Don’t worry if you have never done yoga before  – the day is about relaxation and self-exploration, not about standing on your head.

After yoga we’ll explore the ups and downs of menopause.   Ruth will show you how herbs, nutrition and natural health protocol can help diminish the physical symptoms of menopause and Sharon will encourage you to explore your changing mindset.

You’ll have the chance to ask all those questions you’ve always wanted to ask and you’ll get time to really look at what is going on with your own body.

This is a practical, hands-on workshop in which you’ll be guided and challenged into taking an honest look at your health, your lifestyle and your habits.  Before you leave, you’ll have developed your own blueprint for a healthy menopause – a step-by-step plan of how you can take your health and hormones into your own hands.
